ClickPost

Contlo x Clickpost

With ClickPost x Contlo integration, you can receive all the events on tracking status of orders directly on Contlo and use them to set automation triggers and create segments based on the received data. These created segments can help you in sending campaigns too.

Step 1: Install ClickPost

In Contlo, go to App Store > Integrations >ClickPost >Add integration.

Once installed on the Contlo App Market, a webhook link will be received that will have to be pasted on your ClickPost Dashboard under the WebHook section.

In Clickpost dashboard, go to settings>Notifications>Webhooks>All statuses and paste the URL taken from Contlo dashboard there.

Upon pasting the webhook on the ClickPost dashboard, the endpoints for receiving the following data will get collected:

Clickpost Order PlacedTriggers when AWB is registered for an order placed.
Clickpost In TransitTriggers when status of an order is moved to order in transit.
Clickpost out for DeliveryTriggers when status of an order is out for delivery.
Clickpost DeliveredTriggers when status of an order is delivered

  4. Name your automation flow for ease of tracking later on the dashboard.
  5. Click on Launch Automation to publish the flow.

For every order that gets updated for out for delivery, the user will get the desired marketing message with channel chosen. This can also be tracked on the automation dashboard.
