Download Reports
In the Download Reports section, you can download structured reports in CSV format for Campaigns, Automations, Channels, discounts, and others. These reports offer valuable insights for quick analysis and informed decisions. The CSV format makes it easy to manipulate and analyze the data, allowing you to create custom reports and pivot tables to meet your needs.
The "Download Reports" tab lists reports available in CSV format. Each report entry includes:
- Report Type: Specifies the type of report.
- Frequency: Indicates how often the report is generated (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
- Next Scheduled Date: Displays the upcoming generation date of the report.
- Schedule Creation Date: Shows when the report schedule was created.
- Status: Indicates if the report is scheduled or unscheduled.
- Actions: Allows you to perform the following actions:
- Download: Downloads the report.
- Reschedule Report: Enables you change the report generation schedule.
- Unschedule Report: Removes the existing report generation schedule.
Types of Report
You can download the following types of reports:

| Revenue | Revenue generated across all channels within the selected duration. |
| Orders | Report on orders attributed to Contlo and their attribution details sent within the selected duration. |
| Total Subscriber Growth | Growth in subscribers within the selected period. |
| Email Subscriber Growth | Growth in Email subscribers within the selected period. |
| Push Subscriber Growth | Growth in Push subscribers within the selected period. |
| SMS Subscriber Growth | Growth in SMS subscribers within the selected period. |
| Forms | Summary of your Forms performance within the selected time. |
| Automation | Summary of Automation performance within the selected time. |
| Campaign | Summary of Campaigns sent within the selected duration. |
| Email Campaign | Summary of Email campaigns sent within the selected time. |
| SMS Campaign | Summary of SMS campaigns sent within the selected time. |
| Whatsapp Campaign | Summary of Whatsapp sent performance within the selected time. |
| Push Campaign | Summary of Push campaigns sent within the selected time. |
| Mobile Push Campaign | Summary of Mobile Push campaigns sent within the selected time. |
| Discount Report | Summary of attributed discount codes across campaigns & automations within the selected period. |
| Channel Summary | Channel-wise summary of messages sent & engagement generated within the selected period. |
| Back in Stock | Summary of users who have received the back-in-stock automation. |
| Whatsapp Quick Reply Messages | List of Quick Reply messages selected by a user. |
