This data helps identify the most effective marketing channels and guides data-driven decisions for campaign improvement.

The metrics tracked based on the performance of marketing efforts are divided into the following categories:

Campaigns
This section contains the list of campaigns and their metrics. To check all the metrics for a campaign, click the respective campaign from the list. The metrics tracked are as follows:

Opened | Total number of campaigns opened by the customer. |
CTR(Clicked Through Rate) | Percentage of opened campaigns clicked by the recipient. |
Revenue | Total revenue earned from the campaign. |
